Our READY program is a 10 week program that helps to prepare teens for the workplace. The program starts with an assessment to ensure an individualized approach. Teens and their families work together with peers to build the skills they will need to apply for a job or a college program, complete interviews, budget and learn appropriate behavior in the workplace. Ensuring all individuals have the opportunity for successful employment and career advancement is at the forefront of this program.
