It starts with one conversation, not a menu.

You do not need to arrive knowing which of these services your child needs. That is our job. Tell us what you are seeing, and we will build a plan from the pieces below, adding and adjusting as your child grows.

Everything on this page can happen in your home, in your child’s school, and in English, Spanish, or Portuguese.

In-Home & In-School ABA Therapy

One-on-one therapy for children 18 months and up with autism, ADHD, Prader-Willi syndrome, and other developmental disabilities. We come to your home and your child’s school, because skills learned where life actually happens are skills that stick.

Every plan is designed for one child. Goals are chosen with you, reviewed collaboratively by our clinical team, and retired the moment your child outgrows them. We will never recommend more hours than your child needs.

What a session actually looks like

A therapist arrives at 4pm and sits on the living room floor with your son, working on asking for what he wants without the frustration.

At school, we work alongside your child’s teacher, so the classroom plan and the home plan are the same plan.

Afterward, you get notes you can actually use. No jargon, no homework you cannot fit into real life.

Social skills groups

Where friendship gets practiced, not just talked about.

Two small groups built on the UCLA-developed PEERS® curriculum: one for preschoolers ages 4 to 6, and one for teens ages 13 to 18. While the kids practice, parents train alongside, so what your child works on in group shows up at school and at home.

PEERS® for Preschoolers

Ages 4 to 6, 16 weekly sessions, weekday afternoons

PEERS® for Teens

Ages 13 to 18, 14 weekly sessions, Tuesday evenings

Groups run with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 10 children, and $100 per session covers your child and one parent. No diagnosis is required to join.

What we work on together

Understanding what a behavior is telling you.

Responding in the moment without escalating.

Building routines that hold up on the hard days.

Catching the wins, so they happen again.

Parent & Caregiver Training

You are with your child every day. We teach you what to do in the moments we are not there: the morning routine, the grocery store, the bedtime that keeps falling apart.

Training runs alongside your child’s program, so progress does not pause between sessions. Grandparents and caregivers are welcome too. Anyone who loves your child can learn this.

Mental Health Counseling

Individual counseling with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, for children and teens working through anxiety, frustration, or a new diagnosis. And for parents too, because you are carrying more than most people realize.

Family Support Groups

Multi-family groups led by our founder, where parents and siblings can say the hard thing out loud and borrow answers from people living the same days. Nobody has to explain themselves from scratch here.

Academic Tutoring & Kindergarten Readiness

Private one-on-one academic support for ages 4 to 11, covering reading, writing, math, and kindergarten readiness. Led by Alex Johnson, a BCBA and experienced special education teacher, so frustration in a session gets handled, not waited out. Private pay, no diagnosis required.

Respite Care

Trained, trusted care for your child so you can rest, run errands, or just be a couple for an evening. Taking a break is not stepping away from your child. It is part of the plan that keeps the whole family strong.

We also offer PCM (Professional Crisis Management) training for caregivers and professionals.

Who will be working with your child

Every program here is led by Board Certified Behavior Analysts, working alongside Licensed Mental Health Counselors. Your child’s case is never managed by one person in isolation: it is reviewed collaboratively across our clinical team, so your family gets the team’s best thinking, not one opinion.

Insurance & cost

Most families are covered. Here is how to find out.

We are in network with Cigna, Aetna, AvMed, Optum, United Health, Oscar, and Florida Blue. We also accept private pay.

Insurance billing for ABA therapy requires an autism diagnosis. Our social skills groups do not require a diagnosis to join, and are self-pay at $100 per session, which covers your child and one parent.

Questions families ask us

Fill out the short form or call us. We reply within one business day. Then a Board Certified Behavior Analyst meets your family and observes your child where daily life actually happens, and we build a plan from there.
Yes. Skills learned in a clinic room do not always travel. Skills learned at your kitchen table on a Tuesday afternoon usually do. We also coordinate with your child’s school so everyone is working from the same plan.
Not to talk to us, and not to join a social skills group. A diagnosis is required for insurance to cover ABA therapy, and we can help you understand what the evaluation process looks like.
ABA therapy starts at 18 months. Our social skills groups currently run for preschoolers ages 4 to 6 and teens ages 13 to 18.

Not sure which service fits? That is normal.

Tell us what you are seeing, and we will tell you honestly what we would do first. We reply within one business day.
